    1. Scheduled maintenance

      We will perform routine scheduled maintenance on our infrastructure to keep HealthTrain running smoothly. We expect about 30 minutes of downtime in the window of 17:00 - 23:00.

    1. SMS messages temporarily not available

      As a precaution, our SMS provider has taken its service offline due to a security issue. As a result, SMS messages cannot be sent for the time being. The rest of HealthTrain Platform and the HealthTrain app is working normally.

      What does this mean for you?

      • Appointment reminders by SMS are not being sent.
      • New clients will not receive a verification code and cannot activate the app until SMS is working again.

      We are working with our providers and will update here when services have been resumed. Questions? Email service@healthtrain.nl.

      Update 19:20: Exercise videos are now back online in HealthTrain. Update 21:52: SMS issues have been resolved.
